About Me

I’m a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Psychology student based in London, passionate about making yoga feel welcoming, practical, and accessible to everyone, especially those who feel overwhelmed by the pace of everyday life or are stepping onto the mat for the very first time.

I discovered yoga during the COVID-19 pandemic, at a time when the world had slowed down and many of us were searching for ways to cope with uncertainty and stress. What began as a personal practice quickly became something much deeper. Not long afterwards, I enrolled in my yoga teacher training, inspired by the positive impact yoga had on my own life and wanting to share that experience with others. Living with ADHD myself has also shaped both my personal practice and my teaching. It has led me to explore the relationship between attention, mindfulness, meditation, and the nervous system, alongside my studies in Psychology. I’m particularly interested in how yoga and meditation can support focus, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellbeing, while recognising that every person’s experience is unique.

I don’t believe yoga is about achieving the perfect pose, but about learning to listen to your body, finding moments of calm, and building a practice that supports you both on and off the mat.
